Hi There!

Welcome to Our Heavenly House.

This is a little introduction to what this website is going to be about, why I’ve decided to create it and what my hope is for you to get out of it. 

But before I dive in, here’s a little bit about me, 

I’m originally from Southern California. I spent my last year and a half of middle school and all of high school in the sweetest small town in Colorado before returning to California for ministry school where I met my awesome aussie husband. Shortly after we got married we moved to Australia where we’ve spent the past 7 years. 

We’re parents to the most beautiful 9 month old baby boy, Hudson Taylor and have a golden retriever named Java ( we’re big time coffee lovers) although her name has backfired a bit because in Australia the word java isn't commonly used as a term for coffee ; most people think of java script computer programming haha a bit of a fail there but we love our golden coffee bean and she’s lovin her new big sister gig. 

Enough about me for now,  :) let’s get into the what’s and why’s for this space. 

 The greatest day in Jesus’ life is found in You. The whole purpose of Jesus’ life death and resurrection was is and will always be to restore us back to the Father . Jesus is the way, the truth and the life. In Him we have access to living the abundant life on a daily basis.  We have the most beautiful opportunity to worship God in all of our daily tasks and responsibilities. Even doing the dishes is a form of worship when we do it unto the Lord. It’s all about how we posture our hearts.  We were created to bring heaven to earth through the way we live our lives. From the little moments to the big, we have the gift of releasing His presence everywhere we go and in everything we do. 

My desire is simply to come together and be a place of support and encouragement for one another as we seek after His heart. 

I’ll share on what God has done and is doing in my life, moving countries and my journey of motherhood ect, I’m no expert on any of the topics I talk about, I’m simply just a girl wanting to share my experiences in hope that it helps even one person encounter the radical love of God. If He can do what he has done in my life, He can do anything in yours! Realistically, I should have been living on the streets by the time I was in high school, BUT because of  God and a few willing & selfless families I’ve been able to see first hand how he puts the orphans in families. ( I’ll expand on that in a post later on.)

One of my favourite things is going for out for brunch & coffee dates, so you can consider this space a coffee  date chat of sorts. I’ll be talking as if talking to a close friend inviting you into different areas of my life and giving you a glimpse of what God can do in yours. 

I hope you guys enjoy coming along on this journey with me, And if there’s anything you would like for me to share, or anything you would like to share I’d love to hear from you.
